98prk Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 98prk website, registering an account, or using any part of the platform — including sports betting, live casino, game lobby, app, or any promotional service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and 98prk regarding your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 98prk. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 98prk platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 98prk does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, valid contact details and payment information.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or any similar platform where such exclusion applies.

98prk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification.

Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Rules

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the 98prk platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or linked payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested and any messages sent through the support system. Keeping your login credentials secure is your responsibility.

• Never share your username or password with anyone else.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

98prk will never contact you via unsolicited calls or messages asking for your account password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

98prk accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. All deposits are processed and credited to your account in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically.

Deposits are intended for use in betting, casino games and other platform activities. 98prk does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for certain transaction types.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where another person's payment account is used to fund your 98prk account — are not permitted.
• 98prk reserves the right to request proof that the payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals linked to that deposit method.
• Deposits made by mistake cannot always be reversed; contact support as soon as possible if you have made an error.

If a deposit is returned or reversed by your payment provider after it has been credited to your 98prk account, we reserve the right to adjust your balance accordingly, including placing a hold on withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

To submit a withdrawal request, navigate to the Cashier section of your account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed there and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 98prk aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• In cases where a large withdrawal is requested, additional verification steps may be required before funds are released.

6. Betting Rules

Sports betting on 98prk covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and a range of other sports. Both pre-match and live in-play markets are available. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation.

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and may vary depending on the event.
• 98prk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual account on specific markets or events.
• Obvious errors in odds — whether caused by a technical fault or a human data entry error — do not need to be honoured by 98prk. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors, latency in live markets or pricing inconsistencies in a coordinated manner is considered abuse and may result in account suspension.

Bets placed on cricket matches — including PSL fixtures, bilateral T20 series and international ODIs — are subject to the cricket-specific settlement rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to data availability and market suspension rules during live events.

7. Casino & Game Lobby

The 98prk Live Casino and Game Lobby provide access to live dealer table games, slots, virtual games and other casino-style titles. All games are available to registered account holders and all stakes are placed in PKR.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game software or live dealer process. 98prk does not manipulate game results.
• Technical faults during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-round — are handled according to the specific game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game.
• Minimum and maximum table or game stakes are displayed within each game and may differ between titles.
• Certain games or tables may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows. 98prk will communicate planned maintenance where possible.

By playing casino games or slots, you acknowledge that these games involve chance and that the house edge means the platform retains a statistical advantage over time. Winnings from casino games are credited to your real-money balance and can be withdrawn subject to these terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

98prk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other offers to eligible players. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions and validity periods. These are published alongside each offer.

• Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed to result in withdrawable winnings.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• 98prk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• If 98prk determines that a bonus has been claimed through abuse, collusion or any form of system exploitation, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.

9. Responsible Gaming

98prk is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. Gambling and casino games carry real financial risk, and the platform is designed for entertainment only — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

We encourage all players to:

• Set a personal budget before playing and stick to it regardless of results.
• Only bet with money you can genuinely afford to lose.
• Take regular breaks during betting or gaming sessions.
• Never chase losses by placing larger bets to recover what has been lost.
• Use the deposit limit and session limit tools available in your account settings.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98prk platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or chargeback a legitimate deposit after using the funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit system pricing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or latency in live markets for systematic gain.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or betting on events where you have inside information.
• Allowing or facilitating another person to access or use your account.
• Any conduct that 98prk reasonably considers to be fraudulent, abusive or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

98prk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Identity verification has not been completed within a reasonable period after being requested.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• The account appears to be operated by or on behalf of a minor.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 10 is identified.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance associated with bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not connected to any breach will be returned to the account holder following identity verification, at the discretion of 98prk.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed where applicable.

12. Limitation of Liability

98prk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and accurate data, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that all information — including odds and live match data — will be error-free at every moment.

• 98prk is not liable for losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, technical faults or data inaccuracies beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of bets placed in error by the player.
• 98prk's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event or technical fault is limited to the net deposit value associated with that session.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy & Data

98prk collects and processes personal information provided during registration and account use in order to operate the platform, process payments and comply with internal verification requirements. Your data is not sold to third parties.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how you can request access to or deletion of your personal data.

14. Changes to These Terms

98prk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, 98prk will aim to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
